1. How does ResumeTips work?
You submit a resume along with relevant profile details like name, email, the type of job you are looking for. Once you pay the service fee, we pass your resume and details to our pool of vetted, relevant recruiters depending on the job type and industry you specified. The recruiter / hr / hiring mannager then looks over your resume, gives feedback and decision context as they would when they hire for similar positions in the real world, which we then return to you!
2. How do you keep prices reasonable?
We keep our prices reasonable because we have democratized the resume review process. When a business hires in the real world, they don't spend hours looking at your resume. The HR or hiring manager screen usually vets dozens or hundreds of applicants, and can spend no more than 5-10 minutes per resume. To provide the most realistic and authentic feedback, we require our reviewers to summarize takeaways quickly as they would on the job. Spending hundreds or thousands of dollars for high end services does not necessarily give you more useful or more practical feedback than we can give you.
3. Are the people that review my resume qualified?
Yes! We vet everyone that joins our team of recruiters, HR and talent professionals, and role specific hiring managers. We that require everyone on our team have at least 2 years of full time recruiting / hiring experience, which means they have already made hiring decisions for dozens if not hundreds of jobs in their respective industries and job types.
4. Can I join as a recruiter or hiring manager and get compensated for reviewing resumes?

Remember, we require 2 years of full time recruiting / hiring experience at reputable companies. We will interview you for experience and industry expertise.
